Code of Conduct Changes
✧ A rule regarding VIP, Special Visitors and Veterans has been updated.
Old: 3.A §4 - Fired employees, users, groups on Ban on Sight (BoS) and National Punishment (NP) are not allowed to have VIP/SV/Veteran Badges/Investor Badges.
New:
3.A §4 - Fired employees, users, groups on Ban on Sight (BoS) and National Punishment (NP) are not allowed to have VIP/SV/Veteran Badges/Investor Badges. If they are found to be in possession of such badges, they will be removed immediately and you can get them back only by purchasing them again - Investor Badges are kept as proof of donation, however perks can be revoked. Exceptions with reinstating the badges / perks can be made when being fired unfairly or by discussion between Directorates+ & Foundation.
✧ 2 rules regarding the Disciplinary System has been updated.
Old: 3.C §17 - After being fired, you have to wait one (1) week before seeking approval to come back to HIA, unless you were wrongly fired.
New:
3.C §17 - After being fired, you have to wait one (1) week before seeking approval to come back to HIA, unless you were wrongly fired. If you have been fired for Mafia Affiliation, you need to wait one (1) week to appeal only after removing all Mafia badges / Mafia friends before seeking approval to join HIA again.
Old:
3.C §22 - Members who have been fired by an iC (Directorate) may not seek rehire from a 1iC. They must seek approval from the iC who fired them, or appeal directly to Foundation (Including the Chief of Directorates).
New:
3.C §22 - Members who have been fired by an iC (Directorate) may not seek rehire from a 1iC. They must seek approval from the iC who fired them, or appeal directly to Foundation (Including the Chief of Directorates). If rehire appeal has been submitted, LAiCs will let Directorates+ & Foundation know of the appeal and discuss together whether the appeal should be approved or not.
✧ A rule regarding Ban on Sight (BoS) has been updated.
Old:
4.B §3 - Only the Directorate in-charge, Foundation can remove individuals or parties from Ban on Sight list.
New:
4.B §3 - Only the Directorate in-charge, Foundation and the LA Appeal can remove individuals or parties from Ban on Sight list. If taken off Ban on Sight, you can return to HIA only as Recruit.
✧ A rule regarding National Punishment (NP) has been updated.
Old:
4.C §5 - Only the Directorate in-charge, Foundation can remove individuals or parties from National Punishment.
New:
4.C §5 - Only the Directorate in-charge, Foundation and the LA Appeal can remove individuals or parties from National Punishment. If taken off National Punishment, you can return to HIA only as Recruit.
✧ A new rule regarding Punishments has been added.
Addition:
4.A §5 - Mafia Affiliation - Getting caught being in Mafia or associated with it and its members, will lead to immediate termination. A verbal warning can be issued first, following with a request to remove any Mafia badges / members from a profile. If refused to do as instructed, a fire log against you will be issued - even if you're no longer in HIA - and be banned when entering the HIA HQ, as members with Mafia affiliation are considered Ban on Sight (BoS). Effective: 29 December 2022
